To make sure you don’t miss future episodes of Women at Work, subscribe on iTunes, Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts!

Mel Wilson is host of the Juggling Act, and has insight into the challenges and experiences every day women have. Hugely empathetic and insightful, Mel has talked to every expert out there and wants to share it with struggling mums everywhere.

Mel is so engaging, interesting and funny, I hope you enjoy this conversation!

In this episode we discuss:

  • The stories Mel hears from women every day, and the weight of the mental load.
  • How to let go of some of the load so there’s a bit more space for ourselves.
  • Keeping focus on what we enjoy and want out of life, so we’re not wishing time away.
  • When you have clarity about what you want, the universe works to help you make it happen.
  • Mel’s own questions around giving up on her dreams as a single mum with so many time pressures – and then decided her dreams matter too!
  • The value in taking positive action and focusing on what we can control.
